De plus, si cette situation n\u2019est pas corrig\u00e9e correctement, elle peut provoquer des l\u00e9sions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales irr\u00e9versibles, un coma et m\u00eame la mort.<\/p><p>Il est scientifiquement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la structure du cerveau des enfants expos\u00e9s \u00e0 une hypoglyc\u00e9mie continue connaissent des changements, ce qui peut entra\u00eener des difficult\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage, des crises convulsives, des probl\u00e8mes de vision, etc.<\/p><p>Le glucose est la principale source d\u2019\u00e9nergie du syst\u00e8me nerveux.
