Here is everything you need to know to receive your products with ease and confidence. 📦

🌍 Where do we ship?

The Hippo Store crosses borders to reach you. We currently ship within mainland Spain, European Union and some countries of the European Economic Area.

Do you live outside these areas and want a little piece of Hippo at home? 💌 Write us at info@thehippohouse.org, and we will do our best to make your order come true. Because, as you know, good causes have no borders. ✈️💫

📦 How long will your order take to arrive from the Hippo Store? 🦛

At The Hippo House, we want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible, because we know that each package brings more than just products: it brings solidarity, hope and learning! 💌 As a solidarity team, we put all our Love and resources into each shipment, making sure it arrives quickly and smoothly.

Once you confirm your order, if all products are in stock, we will process it within 24 business hours maximum. If you chose to pay by bank transfer, we would need to receive the amount in our account before we can start the process, but don’t worry, as soon as we receive it, we will have your order ready to ship within 24 business hours!

Normally, orders take between 2 and 7 working days to arrive from the time of confirmation. Every purchase has our dedication and love to make sure you have an experience as sweet and seamless as the resources we help create. 🦛💙

Delivery will depend on where you live, these are the usual transit times after shipment:

1-2 days: mainland Spain and Portugal.
2-3 days: France.
3-4 days: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom.
4-5 days: Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Sweden.
4-6 days: Norway, Poland, Ireland, Romania, Switzerland.
5-6 days: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania.
6-10 days: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia.

If any of the products you ordered are not in stock, we will contact you to inform you and offer you options. Some items are so special that, if they are out of stock, we will manufacture them exclusively for you. If for any reason it is not possible to manufacture it, we will let you know as soon as possible and update our solidarity store.
