⏳ Return conditions and timeframes
We know plans can change, and that’s okay! Here’s what you need to know to return an item:
- You have 7 calendar days from when you receive your order to request a return.
- The product must be in perfect condition, with its original tags still attached.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like personalized products or consumables) cannot be returned.

📦 Return shipping costs
We believe in being transparent:
- If you choose to return an item, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product), we’ll cover all the expenses. Of course, it’s on us!

- Paid with a card or through WooPayments (Stripe): The amount will be refunded to the same card or account you used for payment. The time it takes to reflect will depend on your bank, but it usually completes within a few business days.
- Paid with PayPal: We’ll refund the amount directly to your PayPal account. Please note that PayPal may take a few days to process it.
- Paid via bank transfer: Please provide us with your account number so we can process the refund. The time for it to appear in your account will depend on your bank.
