At The Hippo House, we’ve designed a simple and secure shopping process so you can fill your cart with solidarity in just a few steps. Here’s everything you need to know to place your order and contribute to our Mission: creating free educational and playful resources for families living with hypoglycemia.
📦 Step 1: Add items to your cart
Have you fallen in love with a solidarity product? 💌 It’s super easy to add it to your cart! Just click on the “Add to Cart” button, and the item will automatically be saved in your shopping cart.
You can continue browsing our store to add more products or head directly to the “Cart”, which you can access from the top of the page.
🛒 Step 2: Review your cart
On the cart page, you’ll find a detailed list of all the items you’ve selected. You’ll see:
- Product photo.
- Name and description.
- Unit price and quantity.
- Total amount.
From here, you can:
- Adjust quantities with the arrows next to the number.
- Remove any product you no longer want.
- Enter a discount code (if you have one). Just type your coupon and click “Apply coupon”!

If this is your first purchase at the Hippo Charity Store, you’ll need to create an account. We’ll only ask for some basic information like your name, email, address, and password. - Bank transfer: You’ll receive an email with our bank account details to make the payment. Please note that transfers may take a few days to process, and we’ll ship your order as soon as the amount is reflected in our account. We promise to send it as soon as it’s confirmed!
